· In each region of the Kyrgyz Republic, there is a reliable contingent of trained farmers who grow hybrid vegetable seeds.

Tasks of the cooperative «КVS». 
· Creation of FFS with all material and technical base.
· Creation of seedling centers to provide farmers-producers of vegetable seeds with good quality vegetable seedlings.
· Production of hybrid and variety seeds of vegetable crops, which meet high international quality standards. 
· Constant increasing the number of farmers trained in advanced seed production technologies. 
· Creating sustainable partnerships with overseas seed companies.
· Annual expansion of the production capacity of the cooperative in order to increase the volume of seed supplies for export.
· Providing quality seed cleaning services for vegetable seed producers, which in turn will improve the access of agricultural producers to high-quality vegetable seeds. 

Agricultural productive commodity and service seed cooperative “КVS”
      Agricultural productive commodity and service seed cooperative “КVS” was established on December 28, 2016 on the initiative of 24 farmers, participants of the courses “Trainings of Trainers” of the JICA Project for Promotion of Exportable Vegetable Seeds in the Kyrgyz Republic. The abbreviation "KVS" means «Kyrgyz Vegetable Seeds». 
       For two years, cooperative members have been engaged in the production of vegetable seeds on a contract basis for the seed companies of Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Russia. In 2017, the main directions of seed export were countries such as Japan and Taiwan. The total amount of seeds of such vegetable crops as lettuce, lagenaria, watermelon and cucumber, produced by members of the cooperative for export, amounted to 300 kilograms. By the orders of 2018 from seed companies of Japan, Taiwan, Korea and Russia, the KVS cooperative plans to produce and export seeds of such vegetable crops as sesame, pumpkin, watermelon, daikon, burdock, lettuce, tomato, onions, onions batun and lagenariya, with a total amount of 3105 kg. Thus, according to the orders from the seed companies in 2018, the future volume of exports of vegetable seeds, produced by members of the cooperative KVS increased 10.35 times compared to 2017 year.
